  • Owner Karen Yamaoka says her specialty is "good homestyle cooking" and she's proving you don't have to go home to get it. This small Kakaako eatery, open since 1993, draws regulars for warm and filling comfort food ; spaghetti, roast beef, oxtail soup, hamburger curry. Parking can be tough, though, with only a few spots in the front lot.
