  • If watching chefs throw around their knives is your thing, Kobe offers this entertainment as well as some fine slices of meat. The Emperor Steak is a healthy slab for a hearty appetite and for those who really don't care about heart disease. Ask nicely, and the cook will fry the fat too. Although no one's going to argue that Kobe targets tourists, the sushi bar is first-rate and attracts its fair share of locals.
