  • The clientele here is way reverse-print aloha shirt and if you love pad see ew, Payao is the place for you. Prices are reasonable and the green curry is good with sticky rice. Warning: If you're a Thai chili virgin, ask for mild. This is a classy place to eat before slumming it at Restaurant Row's dollar movie theaters. And yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as free parking. Payao will validate your ticket.
