  • Just like Kahuku's shrimp trucks, Scampi USA dishes up shrimp lots of different ways for about a buck less than on the North Shore. But there's a twist - a Korean one. Try the spicy shrimp - soaked in a fiery red sauce - and you'll question whether you really can handle hot. For a couple of extra dollars, they'll add kalbi with your shrimp and rice. The kitschy outdoor seating area, with fake grass thatched umbrellas and Bon Jovi blasting from a boom box gives it a funky, fun feel.
