  • Probably one of the friendliest bakeries in town, The Bread of Life offers the full gamut of baked goods, as well as hearty breakfast and lunch. This cozy little shop caters to Downtown workers and loyal regulars with hot sandwiches, creative soups, cookies, rolls and breads. Definite musts are the chicken papaya soup and the hot malasadas, served Tuesday through Friday. The bakery also puts together gift baskets and will be happy to run advanced orders out to your car to avoid the tough Downtown parking.
