  • Calling itself a "boutique eatery," whatever that means, 118 serves up a hodge-podge of local, Chinese and Japanese dishes mostly to Downtown lunch crowds. They've got beef stew, katsu curry, black bean chicken, short ribs, garlic chicken and even spaghetti with meat balls.
