  • It's not hard to figure out why locals and tourists love Sansei's. It's got fun fusion food, a lively, hip "sushi bar-esque" atmosphere and awesome ocean views of Waikiki Beach. Order the Korean-style calamari salad, spicy Japanese BLT roll, rock shrimp dynamite and seared Atlantic salmon with tiger prawns. The wine and bar offerings are massive, and many twenty-and-thirtysomethings come just for drinks and apps.
